COVID PROTOCOL
We’re really looking forward to celebrating with you all, and we want to make sure all our guests feel safe and comfortable.

If you’re feeling unwell with any of the common covid symptoms, please stay home and rest while you join us online.

Please respect everyone’s individual comfort level around distancing and physical contact. Hugs and hand shakes by mutual consent only!

Please bring a re-usable mask to wear when using the washroom or in other enclosed spaces. We will have some disposable masks available, though we want to keep waste to a minimum.
What do I wear?
Summer casual wedding attire (wear a dress, shorts, pants (trousers), whatever you feel comfortable in). We recommend avoiding heels, as it is on grass and there are several stairs involved. You may like to pack a change of clothes or swimsuit for an early evening trail walk or swim.
Check the forcast and be prepared for rain! I know, it’s hard to remember what that is, but warmer clothes, waterproof shoes, umbrella and waterproof jacket may be a good idea of the forcast isn’t good.
Ferry:
We recommend taking the 10:10am ferry over (20 minute ferry ride) and strolling along to the venue (10 minute walk from ferry). If its a sunny day the ferry will almost certainly be full so best to arrive early. Even if it is not full they stop selling tickets 10 minutes before sailing. If you miss the ferry use the livestream link to view the ceremony and sneak in at the back when you arrive with us! BC Ferries
Parking
There is very limited parking at the venue. You may want to consider leaving your car at Horseshoe bay and walking on the ferry, or parking wherever you can find a spot close to the ferry in Snug Cove.
Venue Location
The address for the venue is: 471 Melmore Road. It only takes 10 minutes to walk there from the ferry.
Facilities
There is only one toilet at the venue, although other public ones are only a few minutes away. We suggest making use of the facilities on the ferry or close to the ferry terminal if possible to avoid a long line up at the house.
